I'm comfortable designing and facilitating workshops with various audiences: from front-line workers to colleagues to senior executives.

I've led workshops in the US, Japan, and India -- with attendees spanning from 5 to 220+ members. 

​

Interactiveness, inclusiveness, and fun vibes are hallmarks of the workshops I've led. 

When communicating a SaaS tech startup's product strategy in a new market to non-business stakeholders (ie: customer success, sales, engineering, etc.), I used a fishy metaphor that everyone could understand. 

​

There's no better way to alienate fellow colleagues than by using jargon and complicated terms -- so I always try to use universal language and metaphors to communicate ideas. 

For all my logic and analytical nature, ideation is one of my favorite activities. I love imagining a better product, service, experience, and world, and can roll my sleeves up and sketch out what I have in mind.

My diverse career path helps me draw on principles from seemingly unrelated industries to come up with new ideas and innovations.

"Having the most fun while you're at it," is an actual award my project team won, and I'm known for the creative, humorous, and fun-loving energy I bring to teams.

This productive silliness fosters increased creativity, collaboration, and productivity among my teams -- especially during the driest aspects of work. Don't tempt me with a good time!

Agile or Waterfall -- scope, budget, timeline, resources & stakeholder management: I can run a project. 

​

As an active duty Marine I ran high-profile, multi-million dollar projects under tight timelines and crews of over 50 personnel -- some of them requiring translators. I can coordinate, conduct, and oversee high-visibility, complex work to make sure it gets done. 

I wouldn't necessarily claim to be an artist, but I do enjoy drawing and other creative outlets. In work contexts it helps me communicate my ideas visually, which is extremely helpful.

Maybe it's my obsession with trying to understand people, but human faces are one of my favorite subjects to draw.
