to gain even better understanding and empathy of users, we analyzed their actions, thoughts, and emotions as they navigated the app, noting gaps and opportunities for improvement along the way

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
to round out our understanding of the product's value and positioning, we compared the user benefits provided by the app to other services that could serve the same needs, whether directly or indirectly, and compared their relative financial performances

VALUE PROP
based on our analysis of the users, the product, and the competition, our team outlined the advantages and points of differentiation the application should leverage

PRODUCT ROADMAP AND KPIS
based on the key points of differentiation as well as gaps in the user experience, our team prioritized the release of features and outlined them on a product roadmap
we also calculated anticipated performance metrics and KPIs based on current and projected outcomes
